Pearl, a first-generation Nigerian immigrant, excels in optimizing organizational efficiencies across diverse sectors, including software engineering, digital product development, marketing, data analytics, mining, and AI in the health space.
With a passion for continuous learning, she empowers result-driven teams and organizational leaders through adaptive and evidence-based management approaches, fostering growth in product development, organizational strategy, and culture. Holding an MBA in Business Management, Pearl is also a certified Kanban Trainer.
In addition to her professional work, she actively volunteers as a career coach, mentoring individuals transitioning into Agile delivery and project management, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the field.
