Rosemarie Davis
Rosemarie Davis is a seasoned lawyer with over 20 years of experience in litigation, compliance, and corporate governance. She currently serves as Director of Legal & Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at Allstate Canada. Previously, she held key roles at Munich Reinsurance and Canada Life, where she founded a Black and People of Colour Employee Resource Group. Rosemarie has been honored as one of “Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch” and “100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women.” She holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and an Honours BA from the University of Toronto. Committed to community service, she serves on the Board of The Prosperity Project, volunteers at Campfire Circle, and teaches fitness classes
